Due to the nature of the caviar being a perishable product, it will be delivered to you in isothermal packaging containing frozen cooling elements. That way we ensure the unbroken cold chain to the delivery address. To ensure the chain remains unbroken it is advised and very important that the goods are received personally. MHADID CAVIAR LTD has not responsibility if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or if the delivery is being delayed or rearranged.
MHADID CAVIAR LTD cannot be held liable for any damage arising due to incorrect storage during and after delivery.
