A contract will be deemed to exist between the owners and operators of this website and any duly authorised purchaser at the point in time that the owners and operators of this website transmits a confirmation email to the purchaser. The order submitted by any purchaser is deemed to be an offer to purchase products and/or services designated within the order itself. Acceptance occurs at the point in time that the owners and operators of this website transmit the aforementioned confirmation email to the purchaser.

Any products that may have been ordered by a purchaser but which are not included in the confirmation email transmitted from the owners and operators of this website shall be deemed not to be a part of any contract.

Caviar, is an extremely perishable product. The ideal storage temperature is between -4°C (25ºF) and +2ºC (35ºF). Caviar has to be stored in a fridge without the packaging used for delivery.

Caviar must be consumed within the expiry date mentioned on the actual packaging. Once opened, it’s recommended to be consumed within 1-2 days.

The owners and operators of this website shall make their best efforts to provide accurate and up to date information about product and/or service availability on this website. Furthermore the images supplied on the product description pages are merely an example of the product available and the actual product which you receive upon delivery may vary from this image.

Dispatch estimates provided to purchasers at the time of a sales transaction are estimates only.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The price of each item is correct at the time the order is placed, HADID CAVIAR LTD has the right to alter the pricing without notice.
As any order is processed, the purchaser shall be advised of any products and/or services that are determined to be unavailable with all deliberate speed. The products appearing on the website are available but in limited quantities.

Prices are in Pound Sterling for orders coming from the UK, in Euros for orders coming from countries having Euros as their main currency and in US Dollars for all remaining countries.

Delivery charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

When ordering goods from this website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. The owners and operators of this website have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be at any time. HADID CAVIAR LTD can’t and will not accept responsibility for orders that are delayed or stopped by local customs and/or border control.

The right to cancel or returns do not apply to our products due to their perishable nature. HADID CAVIAR LTD will ensure that every order placed will be checked thoroughly before dispatch to ensure customer’s satisfaction. If, despite our care, you should have any complaint about our products the requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.

HADID CAVIAR LTD offers to deliver throughout the United Kingdom within 1 working day from confirmation of the order. If the order is placed before 13.00 dispatch will be made on the same day. For EU, UAE and US orders HADID CAVIAR LTD offers to delivery with 48 hours from order confirmation.

The above periods are by way of indication only and the seller may not be held liable if these periods are exceeded nor shall such a situation give arise to cancellation of the sale or payment of compensation.

In specific cases same day delivery is an option and available in advance, on request.

Free shipping is included for all orders over £250.00/300.00€/$325.00

Our service is fulfilled when the goods are handed over for dispatch to the company responsible for the transport. After dispatch, the risk of damage or loss shall pass to the transport company. HADID CAVIAR LTD is in no way liable for any fault on the part of the transport company.

Due to the nature of the caviar being a perishable product, it will be delivered to you in isothermal packaging containing frozen cooling elements. That way we ensure the unbroken cold chain to the delivery address. To ensure the chain remains unbroken it is advised and very important that the goods are received personally. HADID CAVIAR LTD has not responsibility if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or if the delivery is being delayed or rearranged.

HADID CAVIAR LTD cannot be held liable for any damage arising due to incorrect storage during and after delivery.

If your order has not arrived within its allotted timeframe, please check with the courier company quoting your unique tracking number.

Given the nature of our business and the level of service that we endeavour to provide we always try to respond to emails at any time and not only on a 9-5 basis.

Delivery charges will be quoted online or by email for overseas orders. Restrictions may apply to countries other than UK, UAE, USA and member countries of the EU. The owners and operators of this website will not be held responsible for any particular item contained in an order being confiscated by authorities, or any import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient or donor.
